Message	you cannot change the color of indiglo lights. they are not a bulb behind a blue cover, it is actually the phosphorescent material that glows blue/green when electricity is applied to it. you could probably cover it with a translucent material to make it dimmer, but you'll have minimal luck with changing the color that way.
